david is telepathic, telekinetic, broadly capable of reality warping, matter and memory manipulation, astral projection, and teleportation.

depending on canon point, he veers from being relatively uncontrolled regarding these abilities, through to being consciously in control of them but relatively disinterested in individual boundaries — that is, he can and will indulge in mind-reading and thought projection as and when he sees fit.

on an ooc level, i'm flexible and not interested in making this unfun for anyone! lack of an overt yes will equal an assumption of 'not interested in having david use his powers on [your] character' on my part.

feel free to drop me a pm to discuss if you'd prefer not to fill out the form below.

character name: Logan
can david read your character's surface thoughts/skim their mind? Generally, I'm cool if you go for it, but I'm very open to a quick ping or DM if there's anything that feels like it needs double checking. Most of Logan's thoughts are emotion-based; he feels things before he determines the logic behind it (if he ever does).
can david project his own thoughts into your character's mind? Yes, but do check with me before doing it, this one will need to be plotted in advance for the sole reason that Logan doesn't react well to being mentally manipulated.
can david use his powers to sense and locate your character's location? Yes.
would your character have any psychic and psionic defences david would notice if he attempted to read your character's mind? Nope.

anything else notable? Logan's memories are scattered, missing, and not linear. It's unclear how much of what he does remember is accurate on top of that, and due to his time travelling, he has two sets of (extremely redacted) memories from 1973 to 2023, especially regarding the events around Weapon X. It is very possible for David to glimpse memories that even Logan can't reach.

In short, I'm totally okay with David digging past the surface, but he's going to find a cracked egg in there as opposed to your average mind.

In the rare event David encounters him as he's slipping into a rage, the more feral he is, the more his cognition will devolve into pure instinct.
