DAVID is horrifically overpowered, and so i'm very flexible with what he's capable of in order to make a thread enjoyable! his abilities include telepathy and memory manipulation, telekinesis, reality warping and matter manipulation, teleportation, astral projection and levitation.

yes. david can and will reciprocate, but canon-point depending, he's exceptionally self-absorbed and fails to consider the perspectives of anyone else, but wanting to be loved (sat alongside a fear of abandonment) is central to david, so... you know. flattery goes a long way.
